Customer service is actually excellent, we have contacted kipli on few occasion to review the status of our order and for returns and the service was excellent, we got a reply in a timely and professional manner. we were not mad about the duvet we bought we paid 250€ but felt the price was not reflective of the product. as of mattress and pillows these are excellent. we are planning on returning, the duvet and unfortunately there is a 25€ shipping cost associated to it which is a little annoying but overall its bot too had considering that we got free delivery of all the items.
