"I bought this mattress to replace my old memory foam mattress. I use the softer side; the mattress is comfortable without being too soft. I've been sleeping better ever since the first day, and if I wake up during the night, I fall back asleep more easily. I don't regret my purchase at all."
"After more than two months of sleeping on the Premium mattress, I’m taking the time to leave a review and confirm that it’s very comfortable! We haven’t tried the firmer side yet, but the softer side works well for us. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Caroline from customer service for her responsiveness; I had to contact her after our first mattress had a defect. She was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with as well. We also ordered two pillows, which are just perfect! They really make a difference compared to memory foam in terms of comfort (more support). You can tell you’re sleeping on high-quality, natural materials. Thank you, Kipli!!!"
"Beautiful materials, excellent craftsmanship, and very comfortable just 4 hours after opening the vacuum-sealed bag."
"Very comfortable mattress and impeccable service"
"However, I have lumbago, which is preventing me from enjoying my new mattress."
"Excellent mattress! We don't regret our purchase at all. We received excellent advice from Nadia in Lyon. My hip and shoulder pain has completely disappeared. And thanks to the mattress's natural materials, I no longer have night sweats. My husband and I are thrilled and can't help but recommend Kipli to everyone we know."
"This mattress is heavy—I'd even say very heavy. Once you unroll it, you have to give it a little time to settle. Personally, I didn't need any time to get used to it and slept well right from the start. It's on the firm side. Now I just have to see how the quality holds up over time."
"It's been 7 months now since I started sleeping on the natural latex mattress (medium-firm) that I bought online after testing it in the store. So I can say it was an excellent purchase. - I sleep better, I wake up less often, and I no longer have back pain every morning when I wake up (or during the day, for that matter). The medium-firm option is perfect for me: I have a hollow back, I’m heavy, and I mostly sleep on my back. - Delivery and pickup of my old mattress were flawless. - I also bought the organic cotton mattress protector—no complaints there; it’s thick and sturdy. - I get much less hot at night than I did with my old synthetic mattress. - My cat seems to agree with me. There’s a short adjustment period of about 10 days while your body gets used to it—as with any mattress change—but it’s worth it! There was also a slight odor upon delivery that faded after 2–3 days. It’s probably my most expensive purchase, but definitely the best one."
"The product seems to be of good quality, though it's still in the adjustment phase. The company was clear during the sales process, but it's difficult to verify the product certifications, and the purchase invoice is taking a long time to arrive."
"On dort très bien! Merci pour les conseils."
