Our line of solid wood furniture
Kipli has chosen to turn its back on plastic and chemical treatments in order to offer you solid wood bedding and storage furniture just like before: designed to last, made from healthy, natural materials, and at a fair price.
The material used in our bedroom furniture—solid wood
Solid wood eliminates the need for melamine-faced wood, which is made from wood waste and chemical adhesives and is found in most furniture currently sold in France. It guarantees the absence of endocrine disruptors, VOCs, and harmful agents such as urea-formaldehyde or phenol-formaldehyde. The solid beech wood, carefully selected for our furniture, comes from local sources in Normandy and Picardy. The paints and finishes used on wooden furniture are among the leading causes of indoor air pollution. We have chosen to use a colorless plant-based varnish to highlight the beech’s naturally light color and a natural oil to give the wood its dark hue, in order to avoid the use of chemical paints or varnishes.
Timeless design, functional use
The spacious drawers of our solid wood dresser and nightstand—which are easy to open and feature no external handles—provide optimal storage space.Soft-close mechanisms ensure ease of use in everyday life. The solid beech slats that make up our wooden furniture give it an authentic, elegant, and timeless look.

This solid wood dresser features a minimalist design. We crafted this solid wood dresser to be an essential, understated, and elegant piece, free of any unnecessary embellishments: an optimal size, 3 spacious drawers, soft-close drawer slides, solid beech slats, a plant-based varnish, and 100% French craftsmanship. Two solid wood shelves add a natural touch to your bedroom wall. With the help of our carpenter Matthieu, we designed a shelf made from a single material: solid beech. We offer two models to decorate your bedroom naturally: the Picardie solid wood shelf and the wooden wall shelf. Timeless and available in two shades (light and dark with a natural water-based finish), the wood is PEFC-certified and sourced from forests in Normandy, located near the manufacturing site.
