Kipli was born out of a fusion of time-honored craftsmanship and a very contemporary desire: to rethink the way we sleep. For years, Davide’s uncle has been working with natural latex in Italy.
A craft practiced with patience, high standards, and a deep understanding of the material, in a family-run factory where comfort is still crafted with care, far removed from standardized production methods. As I discovered this world, a conviction took root: what if this expertise could give rise to a new way of thinking about sleep today?
That’s how Davide and Antoine decided to create Kipli. Their idea was simple yet essential: to offer a more modern approach to sleep through natural latex mattresses designed to combine comfort, healthier materials, and fairer manufacturing practices.
From the very beginning, Kipli has been driven by the same mission: to bring better-designed, more breathable, more durable products into our daily lives—products that are more in tune with the way we want to live at home.
A family story, then. But above all, a story of passing on traditions, of conviction, and of a shared desire to do things differently.

November 2018
Launch of Kipli
Kipli was founded on a simple idea: to offer a more natural alternative for better sleep. Its first two essential products set the tone: a natural latex mattress and a pillow, designed to combine comfort, breathability, and high manufacturing standards.
Late 2019
The First Solid Wood Bed
Kipli is expanding its product line with its first solid wood bed frame. A piece designed to last—simple, sturdy, and natural.
June 2020
First store in Paris
Kipli is opening its first brick-and-mortar store. It’s a space where you can discover, touch, try on, and experience the brand’s world in a whole new way—up close with the materials and comfort.
June 2021
Opening in Lyon
A second store is opening in Lyon. This is an opportunity to continue building connections, sharing our vision of natural sleep, and bringing Kipli to other cities.
Late 2022
Launch of the first sofa
Comfort moves from the bedroom to the living room. With our first sofa, Kipli is expanding its horizons and exploring a new way of thinking about everyday relaxation.
Late 2023
Folia Convertible Sofa
With the Folia convertible sofa, Kipli takes things a step further. A sofa that transforms into a real bed, without compromising on comfort or materials, bringing the same high standards for sleep right into the living room.

Lakeside Collection
A collection inspired by tranquility, nature, and the desire to slow down. Pieces designed as everyday essentials to create more soothing, comfortable interiors.

Bordeaux
Kipli continues to establish itself in new locations. With the opening in Bordeaux, the brand is continuing its growth while remaining true to what has guided it from the beginning: creating with purpose and staying close to people.
