"The mattress is very comfortable; I’m really satisfied with the quality of the product. However, I’m once again very disappointed with the delivery. The delivery people refused to carry the mattress upstairs, claiming it was too heavy and too big. They showed no initiative, and I had to help them carry it myself—and convince them that it was possible. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience: last year, when a white sofa was delivered, the delivery people threw the cushions on the floor and didn’t even set up the sofa properly. I recommend the products for their comfort and design, but the delivery service absolutely needs to be improved."
