Delivery times depend on the product purchased.

In general, orders are shipped and delivered within 5–15 business days from the actual order date (or from the date the bank transfer is received, if you choose this payment method), unless you request a delayed delivery.

Some items, particularly large ones or those made to order, may require longer production and delivery times.

We always recommend checking the delivery times listed on each product page: even within the same model, different sizes or variations may have different availability. Some items may take longer to ship due to production or logistics reasons.

For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping is free in Italy.

Delivery is made at the entrance to the building specified at the time of the order.

Delivery to a specific floor or inside the home is not provided.

Some packages may be heavy or bulky. We recommend that you always check the dimensions listed in the product description to ensure that the packages will fit through access points (stairs, hallways, elevators).

For example, the Kipli solid wood bed may be delivered in large packages that might not fit in most elevators and may need to be carried up the stairs by hand.

For heavier packages, we recommend that two people be present at the time of delivery.

We also recommend that you always track the shipment using the tracking number provided by the carrier. Even for scheduled deliveries, it’s important to check the status of your shipment. During peak periods—such as holidays, Black Friday, sales, or summer vacation—delays may occur due to a high volume of deliveries.

Shipping is free in Italy.

If the delivery area is particularly remote or difficult to reach, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Kipli does not offer a used clothing pickup service.

To dispose of your old mattress or bed, we recommend that you contact the waste management company in your municipality of residence. Some municipalities offer curbside pickup, while in others you must take the item to the recycling center.

We recommend that you arrange for pickup of your used item only after you have received the new merchandise. Otherwise, in the event of delivery delays, you may be left without a mattress or bed. The company assumes no responsibility for any inconvenience related to the disposal of the used product.
