Kipli's mattresses are individually manufactured in Italy. As soon as production is complete, the mattresses are shipped. You will receive an email notifying you of your order's status; your order should arrive between 48 and 72 hours after the email is sent. You’ll be able to check the status of your order via the link you’ll receive by email, which will include the estimated delivery date. The delivery details will not specify an exact time—delivery may occur at any time on the designated day. For this reason, we recommend that you ensure someone is home to receive your order on the specified date.

We cannot guarantee that heavier items will be carried upstairs by the courier at the time of delivery.
Therefore, if you think you won’t be able to carry your order upstairs yourself, you should ask a friend or neighbor to help in the event that the courier company is unable to provide this service.

Our mattresses are rolled up, compressed, and protected by a jute bag, and shipped in one of Kipli's boxes.

Our beds are shipped as a kit in cardboard boxes. (2 boxes.)

Our other products are shipped in Kipli boxes.
