"Great quality and finish—perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the diagram/mounting system for the headboard."
"Easy to assemble. Be careful—it's pretty heavy. Very nice. Beautiful wood! Delivery was flawless."
"I'm very satisfied. I don't regret my choice—it's a beautiful, high-quality piece of furniture. Two comments: 1) The corner clamping mechanisms are difficult to operate and therefore take a long time to secure; 2) You could offer taller legs—about 10 cm higher—as an option, because the current height may make it difficult for some older people to stand up or sit down."
"Hello, a few things went wrong. The instructions are poorly labeled, which is why it took us so long to assemble the bed. Screws A and B are incorrectly marked on the diagram, so we used the large screws when we should have used the small ones. The adjustable wrench provided is too long to tighten the screws. So we had to make a special trip to the hardware store to buy a shorter one. They were only available in a huge pack (€25). Hasn’t anyone else complained about these two issues yet? Otherwise, the bed is now set up and is very comfortable and attractive. But the assembly process was, in my opinion, a nightmare. Did anyone even try to tighten the screws with the correct wrench? Best regards,"
"A beautiful bed frame—very comfortable and with the scent of real wood!"
"The bed and mattress are perfect. The Kipli team gave me great advice. The delivery and assembly by the delivery team went very smoothly. Thank you."
"Great customer service and excellent quality!"
"Nice material, but the bed is a little low. We had to use shims to raise it."
"A very, very beautiful, sturdy, high-quality bed. The only downside is the sharp corners—there’s a risk of bumping into them and getting hurt, which is a shame. Maybe consider offering the same model with rounded corners? Then the bed would be perfect. I’m satisfied with my purchase. I recommend it. Plus, the products are on display in the store, and the staff offers helpful advice. That’s invaluable, so thank you to the Lyon store. I’m very happy with my purchases at Kipli."
