Reviews

Enveloping!

"I'm very happy with my purchase. It fully meets my expectations. The estimated delivery time was met. I didn't even download the Shop app to track my order—there was no need. I'm sleeping great."

— Gianluca E. (5/5)

Very comfortable

"I bought this mattress to replace my old memory foam mattress. I use the softer side; the mattress is comfortable without being too soft. I've been sleeping better ever since the first day, and if I wake up during the night, I fall back asleep more easily. I don't regret my purchase at all."

— Payen D. (5/5)

Premium Mattresses and Pillows

"After more than two months of sleeping on the Premium mattress, I’m taking the time to leave a review and confirm that it’s very comfortable! We haven’t tried the firmer side yet, but the softer side works well for us. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Caroline from customer service for her prompt response; I had to contact her after our first mattress arrived with a defect. She was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with as well. We also ordered two pillows, which are just perfect! They’re a real improvement over memory foam in terms of comfort (more support). You can really tell you’re sleeping on high-quality, natural materials. Thank you, Kipli!!!"

Excellent mattress

"Excellent mattress! We don't regret our purchase at all. We received excellent advice from Nadia in Lyon. My hip and shoulder pain has completely disappeared. And thanks to the mattress's natural materials, I no longer have night sweats. My husband and I are thrilled and can't help but recommend Kipli to everyone we know."

— Rousselot C. (5/5)

Well-controlled firmness

"This mattress is heavy—I'd even say very heavy. Once you unroll it, you have to give it a little time to settle. Personally, I didn't need any time to adjust and slept well right from the start. It's on the firm side. Now it remains to be seen how well it holds up over time."

— Laurent M. (5/5)

Very good quality

"It's been 7 months now since I started sleeping on the natural latex mattress (medium-firm) that I bought online after testing it in the store. So I can say it was an excellent purchase. - I sleep better, I wake up less often, and I no longer have back pain every morning when I wake up (or during the day, for that matter). The medium-firm option is perfect for me: I have a hollow back, I’m heavy, and I mostly sleep on my back. - Delivery and pickup of my old mattress went smoothly. - I also bought the organic cotton mattress protector—no complaints there; it’s thick and sturdy. - I get much less hot at night than I did with my old synthetic mattress. - My cat seems to agree with me. There’s a short adjustment period of about 10 days while your body gets used to it—as with any mattress change—but it’s worth it! There was also a slight odor upon delivery that faded after 2–3 days. It’s probably my most expensive purchase, but definitely the best one."

— Marion S. (5/5)

"The product seems to be of good quality, though it's still in the adjustment phase. The company was clear during the sales process, but it's difficult to verify the product certifications, and the purchase invoice is taking a long time to arrive."

— Carlo (4/5)

Excellent product

"We're sleeping really well! Thanks for the advice."
