Kipli mattresses are made to order in Italy. They are shipped after the required production time . You will receive an email with information about the status of your order, which should be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. You can track your order using the link provided in the email, which includes an estimated delivery date. We cannot provide an exact delivery time; the order may be delivered at any time of the day. We therefore recommend that you make sure you are home on the day of delivery to receive your order.

We cannot guarantee that the carrier will deliver the order to an upper floor.
If you do not think you will be able to carry your order up the stairs, we recommend that you arrange for assistance in case the carrier is unable to provide this service.

Our mattress is rolled up and compressed, then placed in a protective jute bag and packed into a Kipli box.

Our beds are shipped in sets of cardboard boxes. (2 boxes)
