Kipli mattresses are made to order in Italy. Once they have been manufactured, they are shipped. You will receive an email updating you on the status of your order within 48 to 72 hours. You can track your order using the link you’ll receive via email, which includes the estimated delivery date. There is no specific delivery time. It can take place at any time of day. For this reason, we recommend that you do your best to be home to receive your order on the day of delivery.

We cannot guarantee that the carrier will take your order to an upper floor.
We recommend that, if you are unable to carry your order up the stairs, you seek help to do so if the carrier cannot provide this service.

Our mattress is delivered rolled up and compact, protected by a jute bag and shipped in a Kipli box.

Our beds are shipped in cardboard box kits (2 boxes).

All other products are shipped in Kipli boxes.

Delivery is expected to take 10 to 15 business days, starting from the day the order was placed (or from the date the deposit or bank transfer was received, if you chose this payment method).

If you are not available at the time of deliveryor if the estimated delivery date is not convenient for you, you can choose from the following options when you visit the carrier's website via the link you will receive by email:

- If the customer does not respond, the distributor will attempt to deliver the order again on the next business day.
